Emergency physician · Founder
A career in emergency medicine taught Dr. Chang to see the whole clinical picture. Dr. C Wellness Studio gives her something the ER rarely can: time—to listen, personalize, and stay with the plan.

The path to private care
For more than a decade, Dr. Chang has practiced in a world where every detail matters and decisions cannot wait.
In the emergency department, she has met people on some of their most uncertain days. The work demands calm judgment, a broad medical lens, precise communication, and the humility to recognize when a concern needs a different specialist or level of care.
It also showed her what a brief, urgent encounter cannot provide. Questions about changing weight, sleep, hormones, skin, energy, confidence, and how someone wants to age deserve more than a rushed answer. They require context, options, and follow-through.
Dr. C Wellness Studio grew from that contrast. Dr. Chang carries the rigor and risk-awareness of emergency medicine into a quieter, appointment-only practice—one designed for unhurried conversation, thoughtful treatment, and care that evolves with the person in front of her.
A broader view of medicine
Emergency medicine trained Dr. Chang to identify risk. Her work in medical weight management, menopause, wellness, and aesthetics asks a complementary question: what can be improved thoughtfully, before it becomes urgent?
To her, aesthetics is not separate from health. It is another form of attentive medicine—grounded in anatomy, honest expectations, conservative judgment, and respect for the features that make someone recognizable as themselves.

Her standard of care
The plan begins with your history, priorities, daily life, and what a meaningful result would look like to you.
Every option has limits. Dr. Chang explains them plainly and will say when no treatment—or a different clinician—is the better answer.
Good care includes timing, monitoring, maintenance, and a clear understanding of what happens next.
