Can filler replace age-related facial bone loss?+
No. Filler does not regrow or replace bone. In selected areas, an appropriate filler can recreate some projection or soft-tissue support affected by age-related skeletal and volume change. The safest amount and location depend on your anatomy, the specific product, and whether lost support is truly driving the concern.
Can you receive a neuromodulator and filler at the same visit?+
